You will be booking our granny flat with own access. Recently renovated. Freshly painted, new carpet. One queen bed - wardrobe in the main bedroom. The living area has a double sofa bed, air conditioner, heating & T.V. The kitchen - mini oven, cook top, microwave, fridge, cutlery, plates, small dining table and 2 chairs. Bathroom with fresh towels & soap. Free Internet We live a 15 minute drive to airport, 2 min walk to bus-stop & Restaurants, hospital and shopping centres is also close by Surrounded by great cafes and restaurants all within walking distance. Coogee Beach is a 10 minute drive away and the world famous Bondi Beach is just a few minutes drive further. Once you arrive you will notice everything you need is on your doorstep! You will have access to the entire granny flat. The granny flat comes with free wifi, TV, fully functional kitchen with fridge, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, plates, cutlery glasses, iron, dining table with chairs, Fresh bed linen, towels, bedding. Check in is 2pm, Check out is 10am (late checkout by arrangement if no guests coming in that day) You will enter through white gates and have your own access to the granny flat. I will provide the key on arrival along with WIFI details.
