Kylie's Corner-in the heart of Llanberis

Kylie's Corner - ideal for families or groups of friends. This newly decorated house in the heart of Llanberis is made for very relaxed living - perfect for coming back to after a day out adventuring. Whatever that may be, our house gives you a clean, warm and relaxed place to return to. From the doorstep there are lots of hiking, running and cycling routes plus a water sports centre in the village to hire equipment. Perfect location for any outdoor pursuits. The space A hallway leading into a spacious through living room/ diner with log burning stove for use in winter and a comfy window seat which catches the afternoon sun. (smart TV and wifi included). A small but well-equipped kitchen, with 5 ring gas hob/electric oven, fridge space, dishwasher and microwave. (Washing machine, dryer and freezer are available upon arrangement). On the first floor there are 2 spacious bedrooms (1 double and 2 x singles) and a bathroom including separate bath and shower. On the second floor there are steep stairs leading to a cosy double bed loft room (not suitable for younger children). Outside is a south facing safe garden space for children to play in and for you to relax in the evening sun after a day out adventuring. (secure shed available by arrangement for storage). Other things to note Your pets are more than welcome. However, we ask that you keep them downstairs and that you keep them off the soft furnishings, if possible. If this isn't possible, we ask that you use the throws provided. On street parking only-or failing that there is a car park by the lake which is free form 16:30 to 10:00. Lots of hiking, running and cycling routes. Water sports centre in the village to hire equipment. My family live locally so are available to answer any queries. It is just a short stroll down the road onto Llanberis High Street for shops, pubs and restaurants. Walks/cycle routes into Snowdonia from the doorstep. Anglesey and the LLeyn peninsula are just a short drive away. Parking is on street only. There is an overnight car park by the lake.
