Amaroo House 'A beautiful place!'

Amaroo House is ideally located 5 mins from the heart of Ballandean and only 15 mins from Girraween National Park. It is nestled at the base of a granite outcropped mountain on 330 acres with stunning scenery across Bald Rock Creek to Sirromet's vineyard. Sit by the log fire inside whilst enjoying local wines or outside under the stars next to the fire pit. Take a stroll along the creek or adventure up the mountain. It truly is a 'A beautiful place' You won't want to leave! 'Amaroo House' is unique because of its unbelievable serenity. The house is nestled in to the base of a granite outcropped mountain that sits on 330 acres of beautiful granite country. The only thing you will see and hear is the abundant bird life and rock wallabies. The guests have access to the entire property. They can venture up the hill, discovering caves and climbing granite boulders. They can walk or ride along the road. They can swim in the creek in the summer time. We just ask the guests to stay away from the machinery sheds. We live in Toowoomba but are often down on the weekend to look after our stonefruit orchard which is located on the other side of the mountain to 'Amaroo House' I can be messaged at anytime on the weekend but most times can be available to talk in person on Sundays. We have a self check in situation where by guests can be left to enjoy the house with their friends and family. Ballandean is the heart of the Qld wine industry. Within only 10mins from the house are 15 wineries. Ballandean has a great Tavern and the local shop has an awesome Bakery! There is also a Chocolate Shop on your way up to Girraween National Park. Some great walking trails in Girraween National Park. There is also a good local bike route to a number of wineries. The property has only one toilet which is separate to the main bathroom. The massive main bathroom has a beautiful vanity and bath. There is another room with a seperate shower. There is another beautiful vanity (powder room) which is seperate to these other rooms.
