Sun Apartment is set in Tuol Kork area, northeast of Phnom Penh, well-known as the residential and commercial area. You’ll love my place because of the business location, the city views balcony, the kitchenette with a refrigerator, the separate living room and a seating area with a flat-screen TV, the coziness, and the high ceilings. We provide free Wi-Fi in rooms and public area, 24-hour reception and security, housekeeping, concierge service to ensure our guests the greatest comfort. Our Two Bedroom Suite Apartment is a 114 sqm size unit, available from floor 1 to 7. There are 2 separate bedrooms, a separate living area fitted with a big sofa and a flat-screen premium cable TV with DVD player, city-views balcony, a kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator, an oven and cooking wares set. The Apartment is fitted with 2 private bathrooms - each with a bathtub, rain shower, and cold/hot water. Many more amenities like slippers, bathrobe, bath & hand towel, bath mate, toothbrush, cotton, shower cap, shampoo, bath foam, soap, kettle, tea & coffee facility, coffee mate are provided. Safety box, cloth rack, working desk, and chair, etc. are all placed in the bedroom. Our Two Bedroom Apartment is ideal for group or family travelers of up to 4 people. If you book for 5 or 6 persons, we will add one or two more extra beds. In case you book for more than 6 persons, we could either add more beds or reserve another Two Bedroom Suite apartment for you. Please feel free to message us to discuss. You will find the sofa bed in the living room area the most relaxing place after getting back from travels or works. This makes us more than just a hotel room. You are welcome to access to the entire apartment and all facilities, experiencing our rooftop swimming pool and fitness equipment. They are all located on the rooftop, to which you could go thru elevator. The parking space is available on the ground floor and it is guarded by our securities. We stand by 24 hours and we are always ready to assist guest any time throughout their stay. There is a desk phone provided in the living room area, so just call to reach our reception.
