The appartement is situated at 650mt above sea level in a beautiful location of Civenna village, a few km away from Bellagio, renowed as "The Pearl of Lake". Its ideal to stay in between the nature with peace and tranquility. The splendid view of " the branch of Lake of Como, which trasforms at noon between two uninterrupted chains of mountains, all over the breast and swollen"... Will give you a holiday in one of the most beautiful, visited and envied places in the world. The apartment is situated on the ground floor of a two-floored house located in the center of the small village Civenna, a small part(village) of Bellagio. The apartment consists of a large cozy and a bright living room, equipped kitchen, two large double bedrooms and a bathroom. The house is also provided with a cool and green garden ideal for reading a good book and relaxing in the sun. IMPORTANT NOTE: - THE INDICATED BASE PRICE (FOR 1 OR 2 PERSONS) IS TO BE CONSIDERED ONLY IF YOU OCCUPY ONE DOUBLE BEDROON. IF 2 PERSONS NEED TO OCCUPY BOTH DOUBLE BEDROOMS, A SURCHARGE OF 10 € PER NIGHT WILL BE APPLIED AT THE TIME OF ARRIVAL. Civenna is a small village situated at 650mt a.s.l, with a population of about 600 inhabitants. It is a quiet village ideal for those who want to spend relaxing days immersed in the green, enjoying the fantastic views over the Como Lake and its surrounding mountains. You can easily reach the famous known town Bellagio from Civenna as it is situated in a very convenient location. It is about 5 kms and 5 mins by car, and can easily reach all other small tourist resorts of Como Lake. From Civenna you can also easily reach all the north area of Milan which is about 50 kms and 50 mins by car. Even though from the village you can also move by public transport ASF Bus Stop (bus line C36) ,but its advised /recommended to move with own car for your facilities and security. From the house you can easily reach all the trails /foothpaths that go along the nearby mountains, so its an ideal location for those who love trekkinng, cycling by road or mountain bike. The village is provided with all types os services. You can find groceries, bakeries, pastries, bookstall/newstand, bar/tobacconist's, ATM's etcc..... You can park your car in the large communal FREE parking outside the appartment. All the services are easily and immediately reachable by walking a few meters to the center of the village. At arrival the guests will receive two copies of keys for the entrance gate to the garden and the apartment. The identity documents are required at the entrance , for the submission of the data to the competent police department, must be delivered strictly on arrival. IMPORTANT NOTES: - THE INDICATED BASE PRICE (FOR 1 OR 2 PERSONS) IS TO BE CONSIDERED ONLY IF YOU OCCUPY ONE DOUBLE BEDROON. IF 2 PERSONS NEED TO OCCUPY BOTH DOUBLE BEDROOMS, A SURCHARGE OF 10 EURO PER NIGHT WILL BE APPLIED AT THE TIME OF ARRIVAL. - At arrival, guests will be required 2 € per a person as a city tax for every single day of permanence/stay. - Guests can enjoy the house garden for relaxing and reading activities. It is NOT allowed to have parties, gatherings, grills and noisy activities. On the top floor of the house (in an separate apartment) lives your host who is always available in case of need or any information. Even though from the village you can also move with public transport ASF Bus Stop (bus line C36), its advised/ reccomended to move with own car for your facilities and securities. Outside the apartment there are two large public car parking where you can safely park your car, Everyone loves pets. So pets are allowed if educated with polite hosts. It is forbidden to release the pet in the garden, the pet must be attend /drive out of the garden for their physiological needs and for walks. Any damage will be quantified and charged. The garden is available for relaxation and reading. It's forbidden to have parties, grills or noisy activities. After 22pm the silence is heartly welcomed in respect of the other inhabitants houses.
