This is a sunny one bedroom apt on the third floor with one balcony that has super nice sea views, located 50m from the Veliki Pjesak Beach. Apt is a part of Apart-Hotel XXL which is an exclusive facility suited on the seashore with a modern and comfortable design. Everything is under you feet, stores, restaurants, supermarkets, cafes, clubs and a 5 star hotel is next door to us which has rooftop garden and spa. We do serve breakfast to our guests for an additional price of 5e per guest. This is a beautiful one bedroom apt that has one balcony and super nice sea view. Master bedroom has queen size bed and living room has a couch that spreads. The apt can fit 4 people in total. There is a mini kitchen with two top stove, small fridge and with all the utensils that you need if you want to cook something quick for yourself. We did not put big kitchens in our apartments because we do have a seafront restaurant as a part of our hotel where breakfast for our guests will cost you additional 5e. You also get discounts for lunch and dinner menus by being our guests as well. Except our hotel, our guests are served by our XXL restaurant where they can enjoy in a large selection of traditional specialties, Mediterranean cuisine, seafood and international cuisine. Our whole building has very strong Wi-Fi which is great if you do work remotely. The property is only 2 minutes' walk to the beach. A restaurant is available as part of the facility. In the immediate vicinity there are numerous coffee bars, pools, souvenir shops, wide range of entertainment contents for children. If you are in the mood for night outing, there are live music outlets nearby.
