This Private Gated Luxurious Lodge has been the preferred Montana home away from home to many dignitaries from the worlds of Music, Film, Television, and Sports. This Five Star Private Gated Lodge is nestled within a 20 acre wooded compound with remarkable views of Flathead Lake and offers unmatched Luxury, Privacy and Security. The Lodge features two spacious Master Suites each with their own attached Private Bathrooms along with a 1/2 Bath for additional guests. Master Suite 1 features a King Bed, 55” Smart TV, High Speed WiFi and private attached bathroom. Master Suite 2 features a Queen Bed, 55” Smart TV with High Speed Wifi and an attached Private bathroom. Both Master Suite offer large closets All furnishings are Ralph Lauren or comparable or superior quality. The Living Area features a large gas assisted Stone Fireplace, 2 oversized Leather Couches, 75” Smart TV with Direct TV that is Netflix and Prime capable and has High Speed WiFi. There is fully equipped Chef s Kitchen with Viking appliances that feature a 6 gas burner Stove, Oven, Microwave, Dishwashers, Keurig Coffee Maker, Large Stainless prep Island with seating for 5 and a Dining Room table with seating for an additional 6 guests. There is a large Porch that spans the width of the Lodge which has comfortable furniture and remarkable views of Flathead Lake. *An additional Guest Lodge (The South Lodge) located within the Compound is, by request and on occasion, available for added Guests, Staff or Security Detail. An additional rental fee applies; text for details. The South Lodge features 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, 5 Beds, a gas assisted Stone Fireplace, Full Kitchen with amenities and a Living Room with leather couches. The South Lodge comes with its own Laundry facility. Guests are strongly recommended to drive or rent an AWD or 4WD vehicle only while renting the property from mid October through April as surrounding roads and driveways are generally snowy and icy during the winter months and your access to the property might not be possible unless you drive an AWD or 4WD due to those conditions. *Please read the “House Rules” below before making your reservation. Thank You. HOUSE RULES: We’re honored that you’re considering our property to be your home away from home in Montana. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to assure that your stay with us will be a happy and memorable one. We take our responsibility as Hosts very seriously. Our personal commitment to you as our Guests is to seek to provide you with Luxurious and Restful accommodations with no “surprises”. AGE REQUIREMENT: Please be advised that Guest Renters must be a minimum of 25 years of age to rent this property. I’m sorry.... There are NO exceptions. CHILDREN: We welcome well behaved children. SMOKING: There is No Smoking anywhere on the property; No Exceptions, Not anywhere outside, Not anywhere inside.... ever. We are located within a strict fire zone. Please respect the policy and know that you risk lives by smoking. If you or your guests need to smoke (anything) this property IS NOT a match for you. This is a 100% Non-Smoking Property. If it is determined that Guest Renter or any Guests of Guest Renter have smoked anywhere on or within the property the Guest Renters occupancy shall be terminated immediately and Guest Renter shall be charged for the costs of a professional cleaning crew and additionally shall be charged all rental days that the property is made unavailable for rental until smoking smell and toxins have been thoroughly eliminated to the exclusive satisfaction of Host. Guest shall additionally receive a 1 Star Rating and a Warning to other Hosts and Airbnb Customer Setvice shall be posted of Guest Renters willful violation of Hosts mandatory No Smoking rental rule. GUEST RENTER: Please, no more than 6 Guests are authorized to stay at the property at any one time ......No exceptions. “Guest Renter” must be present at the time of Check-In and throughout the rental period and will be greeted by Host or Host’s representative at Check-In; Guest Renter is required to present government issued identification at the time of Check-in to verify their identity. Unfortunately we do not rent to nor permit pre-entry at Check-In to Absentee, Substitute or Remote Guest Renters acting on Guest Renters behalf or authorization. This is for everyone’s protection. PARTIES: Our property is very special... we think so and so do all of our previous guests (read the reviews). We’ve learned that the best way to assure that the property remains in it’s pristine condition is to maintain and enforce a “No Parties... No Exceptions” Policy and to limit the number of occupants and the magnitude of the gatherings that our guests host.. again thank you for your understanding. Your payment to Airbnb is no guarantee of your continued right to occupy the rental property if you violate any of these rental terms. Please do not test to see if we are serious about enforcing the regulations; we are. PETS: Sorry, Pets are not permitted without the prior consent of the Host. There are No Exceptions. Where consent is given, guest agrees to the strict policy of never leaving their pet alone at the rental property. We’re this to occur guest’s rental would be terminated and guest will be required to vacate the property immediately upon guest’s return. There are no exceptions. PARKING: A limit of 1 Vehicle (Car, Pick-Up Truck or motorcycle) my be parked by guests within the property grounds in the designated space. No trucks (other than passenger vehicles) of any kind are permitted on the property - No Exceptions PROPERTY: No furniture or personal property located within the Villa or within the grounds may be moved or removed from the property by guests - No Exceptions Damage to or removal of any personal or real property by the Guest’s during their occupancy shall result in the duty of Guests to immediately advise Host of the property’s damage or removal and of Guest’s obligation to immediately compensate Host for the damage or loss. Guest’s rights to stay and remain in possession of the subject property may be terminated at the option of Host and Guest shall vacate property immediately or risk prosecution for trespassing. FILMING: No commercial filming or photography of any kind may be performed on the grounds of this property with the prior written consent of the Host and without Guest first providing Host with proof of an acceptable liability insurance policy naming the property and the Host as additional insureds.... No Exceptions. The above terms and conditions are agreed to by Guests and considered to have been fully incorporated within all other terms and conditions of the rental agreement.
