Relaxing house on countryside in central Istria

Self standing house with big yard for children, situated in central Istria on quietly countryside, away from traffic, arrounded with beautifull nature (green meadows); for four persons (+extra bed), as a part of family farm, but with own privacy. It is located near old medieval place of Žminj (4km) and situated in the center of Istra penninsula, from where you can explore whole Istra (also by train - near us). On our property everything is natural and spontaneously; sincerely and honestly. The house has got two bedrooms. One room with family bed, one room with two separeted beds and one bed in living room. It is new built (2017). It is built of natural materials - Istrian stone (large stone walls and nord orientation are guarantee for good natural climatisation). There is one bathroom with shower. Kitchen is a part of living room. Guests can access to any part of the house, garden and some parts of the property. I and my family live in town of Pula. My parents live near the house (about 40 meters). For any informations or problems I and my parents are available. House is surrounded with garden, wonderful meadows and fields. Property is located away of roads. Guests can enyoj in quiet walks true fields and meadows. Surrounding is ideal for cycling and hiking. Guests can park on the property. On the property you can enjoy in awakening by rooster and warble of birds. The nearest seashore is the Bay of Lim (16km), the nearest beaches are in Rovinj (21km). There is a train station nearby from which you can take the biketrain and explore Istra from sud to nord. Your own bikes you can save in our storage. And at the end the important thing is: on our property everything is natural and spontaneously.
