We take care of every detail, we create the right style for a comfortable environment, just like at home. We are waiting for you! A contribution of CHF 20 is charged for cleaning costs (final). Independent apartment of approx. 70 m2 on the ground floor of a new house. Possibility to use the garden with view, under the palm trees. Independent outdoor terrace for breakfast/coffee. Modern and cosy design, newly built (2020) Apartment with private entrance, maximum discretion. Mario and Stefania can be reached by phone all day from 09.00 to 20.00. Our private house is vis a vis of the apartment/house 'Sinergia e Benessere'. Sinergia e Benessere is located on a small promontory with a splendid view of the Magadino plain, overlooking Locarno and Bellinzona. Our structure is only 5 minutes by car from the motorway exit of Bellinzona Sud! Nearby (5 min. by car) you will find shopping centers for food and non-food shopping e.g. Migros, Denner, Coop, Manor, Lidl (also pharmacies). At 5 min. walking distance from our structure there is the post office of S.Antonino (with adjoining ATM - Raiffeisen bank - accepts the main credit cards and Maestro card. Our "Sinergia e Benessere" facility is connected to the bus/postbus network, the bus station is only a 2-minute walk away. The train station of S.Antonino is 5 minutes away by car. On arrival, or at the latest the day after, we will collect the tourist tax of CHF 2.00 per guest/night for people over 14 years of age. This tax is to be paid by the guest, according to the law on tourism applied in Ticino (LTur), payment in cash, Swiss francs. Updated 30.06.2020 (legal requirements) A room is available, upon reservation, for the practice of Yoga and meditation. We pay particular attention to the respect of nature, biodegradable cleaning products, waste separation and waste collection.
