Beautifully renovated stone house with a modern interior in the green heart of Istria, not far from the crystal clear Adriatic Sea. Two beautiful individually designed apartments and a cosy studio invite you to relax. Casa di Graziella is located in the heart of Istria and is surrounded by olive groves, vineyards and woods. It is near the town of artists Groznjan (Italian Grisignana), this medieval town is steeped in culture all year around, and hosts the international renowned Jazz Festival each summer. Countless studios open their doors and every street you can hear the sounds of different instruments beeing played. Casa di Graziella is the right place for nature lovers. Far from the big city noise, you can let your mind wander and just enjoy the day. Here you are not a tourist, but a guest of nature. With a little luck, a deer visits early in the morning and you can watch the birds of prey draw their circles over the wonderful landscape. With a total of 175 sqm Casa di Graziella invites you to relax and is especially perfect for couples. There are 2 separate apartments (each 70 sqm) and 1 studio (35 sqm) all with it’s own entrance. Each provides perfect peace and a wonderful view of the green heart of Istria, or the whole house can be booked for utmost privacy. APARTMENT "VERDE" (70 sqm) Private terrace (approx. 80 sqm), professional kitchen with large dining table, living room with fire oven, a bedroom with king size bed (200x200) and bathroom en suite, guest toilet Flat screen TV with digital satellite reception, Wifi (For normal use -e.g. emails, messages - wifi is available. Unfortunately streaming has to be avoided because there is no fixed landline router and therefore the data volume is limited), blu-ray-player with movie selection, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, stove with 4 burner ceramic hob and oven, coffee maker and espresso maker, kettle, toaster, electronic grill, car parking space, mosquito repellent at windows. In addition, a sauna (extra fee), an extra freezer and a washing machine are available for communal use. Unfortunately we are not always able to be together with our guest at the house. However, we are of course accessible at all times for our guests. Our dear neighbors handle the hand-over of keys and take care of the final cleaning of the apartments. In the surrounding area there are numerous restaurants and agritourism farms, where you can enjoy the local seasonal delicacies such as truffles or wild asparagus, fresh olive oil, seafood and fine wines. Wonderful beaches on the crystal clear Adriatic Sea can be found near the beautiful harbor town of Novigrad (Italian Citta Nova), just 20 minutes drive from Casa di Graziella. A car is essential. The terrain is not suitable for lowered sports car! The nearest airport is in Pula, only 50 minutes drive. Marco Polo airport in Venice can also be reached in about two hours by car.
