This church was consecrated to the Virgin of Carmine, now it's transformed in an apartment for residential use. The house features three rooms, with wooden ceiling and large windows overlooking the garden. A hallway leads from the living / dinning area with adjacent kitchenette to the two double bedrooms with two bathrooms. Inside the house is spread over the surface of 70 sqm, and the facade porch of 60 sqm which is ideal for outdoor dinning. Within short walking distance of five minutes there are the beautiful beaches of Baia Verde and Gallipoli but it's far from chaos and traffic of this popular resort. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12pm). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations. - Bed linen/towels not provided: price is euro 25 per person per week. - Shared Garden, Entry and Pool available from May to October. - Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 80 to pay upon arrival. - In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit. - In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit. - Second bathroom has no bidet.   - Energy costs € 5 per day. - Bed linen is on request at € 15 per person per week. - Extra charge of € 50 for late check-in (from 8 pm to 12 pm).
