Kitchen essential including induction hotplate, frying pan, toaster plus gas BBQ . Tea, coffee, milk, bread, eggs and bacon provided. Bathroom features room shower with soap, shampoo, conditioner and tissues. Bring your own food or eat at the historic Capertee Pub just 2km close. Shared swimming pool in summer. Owner will be available at most times in the property's main house if required. We can also tell you a little about the area and suggest nearby attractions. Garden setting within natural bushland with prolific birdlife and occasional treats like Kangaroos and Wombats (at a distance!). Ideal for day trip to Mudgee wineries or historic Glen Davis. Magnificent views of the Capertee Valley at your door! No broadcast TV reception but there is a TV with a DVD Player. Roads are suitable for all vehicles and some nearby tracks for 4WD exploration. General store open 7 days just 2km close. Track in is not sealed and has some ruts so go slow and take care. It is suitable for all cars.
