Our place is right by the sea. You can walk a few steps and find yourself in one of the enchanted places of Sardinia with wonderful sunsets in a very confortable house. You will have two bed-rooms (1 king-size very confortable bed, 1 bank-beds) a very large sitting room with a very equipped kitchen and a big sofa bed. Two bath-rooms. Outside warm shower, two big courtyards with sofas, a fantastic roof-terrace with 360° view on the seascape. Washing-machine, Oven, Reciclying being picked up. the houses of this area are protected with a private streetway and keygate we can help with (Hidden by Airbnb) and if we are in Cagliari we can phisically help The beaches that you find immediately are right there ...you can jump in the water and be back at home for a nap!!! It is very advisable to rent a car in Cagliari to be able to move freely to town Villasimius or elsewhere.
