Swedish Beach House - "Sand", right on the beach!

Sand Apartment is located on ground floor in newly renovated Swedish Beachhouse. A charming building, in a quiet strip of local houses, directly on the seaside only a few meters from the edge of the water on a small but perfectly nice beach. Ideal for swimming, snorkelling and lazy days in the sun with family and friends. The apartment is on ground floor. You enter from the side of the house by the stairs that goes down to the beach. Upon entering the apartment you will find a joint living room and a modern, well equipped kitchen (oven, fridge, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine etc). There is a table with chairs and also a sofa that can be transformed into a double bed. A fireplace invites you to snuggle up with a cup of hot chocolate wintertime. Sliding doors open up to a veranda that is facing the ocean and the beach. A stair is connecting the veranda with the beach so you will be in the water in absolutely no time in the morning. Or in the night. From the kitchen you find a bedroom that contains a queen size double bed and a wardrobe. Its connected to a bathroom with toilet and shower. In the other end of the apartment you find another bedroom with 2 bunkbeds and a wardrobe. A second bathroom with toilet and shower has the entrance from the living room. The apartment has Wi-Fi (with internet access) and hot and cold air conditioning. Children are welcome BUT please note that the balcony is not childproof, it is possible to climb over or between the wooden railing. Our superfriendly neighbour Maria will meet up with you to deliver keys and show you the apartment. In case you need anything during your stay she will be available anytime. The area is very quiet, a perfect spot for relaxation. With only a few neighbours and a pathway between the sea and the house. Koutsouras, the charming authentic greek village is just a few steps away, and there you find supermarkets, bakery, cafe, medical service and tavernas. It takes 4 min to walk to the nearest cafe, Milonaki. Another 10 minutes to the supermarket. There is a busstop just outside the house from where you can catch a bus to Ierapetra (20 km) or Makry Gialos (3 km). The southeastern part of Greece is truly beautiful with lots of things to explore, which is why we truly recommend you to rent a car. Its fine to park outside the house on the opposite side of the street.
