** COVID Cancellations/Changes ** We understand that if a lockdown means you are not permitted to come and stay, it is different than cancelling or changing a booking for other reasons. If a lockdown means you (as the person booking) are not permitted to come and stay, we will provide you with the choice of either cancelling and getting a full refund or changing your dates. Please ask us if you have any questions about this offer as some exclusions may apply based on notice, group composition restrictions, etc. ** About the home ** "Casa dell' Isola" is located just a few streets back from Thompson Ave and a short 20 min walk from the beach in central Cowes.Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below: ** Indoor Areas ** The home features two living areas (one living/dining with wall mounted reverse cycle air conditioning and one lounge) off the central kitchen, a Master bedroom with ensuite and two other bedrooms that share the main bathroom (with separate toilet). The living room opens up to the covered deck area with BBQ facilities. ** Outdoor Areas ** Outdoor living is catered for with the lovely covered deck that wraps around the house in an "L" shape and overseeing the fully enclosed yard and a hot water outdoor shower. ** Kitchen ** The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with modern cooking amenities, crockery, cutlery, microwave, toaster, kettle, etc. plus a double sink, large fridge, dishwasher, electric oven and cook top and coffee machine. ** Heating/Cooling Systems ** The home has a ceiling fan and wall mounted reverse cycle air conditioning in the living/dining room, and each bedroom also has a wall mounted reverse cycle air conditioner. There is also one spare pedestal fan to be used where required. ** Bedroom Configuration: ** Bedroom 1: One Queen bed Bedroom 2: One set of tri-bunks Bedroom 3: One set of Single bunks and one Single bed ** Linen ** A standard booking comes with doonas with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bath mats. Guests can bring their own sheets (flat and fitted), pillow cases and towels or opt to pay extra for this 'optional linen'. The cost to provide optional linen is a once off fee per stay of $30 per king/queen/double bed and $15 per single bed. Please advise us if you would like this additional service. ** Peak Periods ** Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, ** check in times **are set as 3pm (unless by prior arrangement). Please also note that if you avail of the optional** linen hire **over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up. ** Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies ** Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies.
