Cosy and renovated apartment with 2 bedroom (1 double & 1 bunk bed) + dining/living room (with sofa bed) + 1 bathroom. The apartment is inside of a big private property of a typical country house surrounded by a egregious garden. Ideally for family. Situated in a strategic position, 10 minutes from Udine city center and very close to the Friuli’s Colli Orientali (15 minutes) - the hills dotted with monasteries and castles, the Apartment is the ideal starting point for discovering our region, or else for just relaxing. The appartment is on the first floor and has got 2 bedrooms (1 big double room and one smaller with a bunk bed), 1 bathroom with big shower. An hipper equipped kitchen with dining and living room, with the possibility to use the sofa bed for 1 more person. Guests can use whatever they find in the apartment located on the first floor and in the "Casetta". The apartment has also a parking space and eventually a lock garage (extra) and the guest con use and enjoy the big and gorgeous garden (tables, sunbeds and barbecue). On the ground floor with direct acces to the garden guest will be aloud to use a separate dining-living room called "Casetta" with corner kitchen area, a small toilet and a relax area. Guests can contact the host for any questions. Covered and no Covered tennis-courts are available in the next-door village of Lauzacco (10 minutes by bike), while within a 15-km radius there is an excellent 18-hole golf course and riding stables. Rafting or fishing in the Isonzo is just 20 minutes close to the Slovenia border, you can trek in the foothills of the Carnic or Julian Alps and ride around them, too, by mountain bike. Nature lovers can discover the beauty of the country side and hills around the property or the lagoon of Marano (25 minutes), or else you can experience the wonderful nature of the Carso and the nearby Carnia, and Kärnten mountain valleys. For those who prefer the seaside there is the choice between the rocky coast of Duino and the sandy beaches of Grado or Lignano, while the historic cities of Udine, Trieste, Gorizia, Cividale and Aquileia offer shopping to satisfy all tastes. Walking distance from the property you can choose between 3 different restaurant's with fantastic and typical local cusine and several winerys where you can taste and buy wines and graps. The strategic location makes this appartment ideal for a relaxing break or an active sports vacation. For those who prefer cultural tourism, the property is an excellent base for visiting famous and less well-known art destinations.
