Old Dairy is a private self contained annex attached to a family home, Holly house (own access door). Situated down a quarter of a mile single track green lane (Not appropriate for low chassised cars). Located on a 4 acre small holding, with chickens, sheep, goats and 4 cats. Backing onto Wentwood forest. Wentwood is the perfect place to explore on foot or bicycle with public footpath access on the doorstep. The Old Dairy is a cosy hideaway after a day exploring a magnificent area. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, dishwasher, oven with a hob, small fridge with freezer compartment and microwave. Sitting/dining space located with in an conservatory area opening out onto the patio. In this area there is a dining table with 6 chairs, sofa bed, large TV with free sat box. The master bedroom has large windows covering 2 of the walls looking out onto the small holding and garden. The second bedroom leads of the master bedroom and consists of bunk beds. There is a shower room leading off the second bedroom. Heating consists of underfloor heating in the 2 bedrooms and electric heaters in the other rooms. A great little hideaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. Guests can also have use of the garage for storing bikes, canoes or any other large kit requiring storage upon request. A power washer is available at request. The Old Dairy is attached to the family home so we are available for as much or as little interaction as required. On occasions when we are not around there is a key safe to access the annex. We are situated just half a mile outside of Parc Seymour, a small village with a community shop and park. Local eateries/pubs - Groes Wen Inn Pub and The Foresters Pub is - 1mile away (nice evenings walk down to the pub) The Rock and Fountain - 2miles Celtic Manor/ Court Resort, Golf Club, Spar, Gym and Food - 5 miles Cabin Cwtch (Coffee, cake and brecfast) - 2miles Cardiff - 22miles Chepstow - 10miles Newport - 10miles Forest of Dean - 25miles Situated 10mins off of the M4 junction 23a.
