There is a steep spiral staircase leading to the mezzanine area upstairs, which contains a double bed and sofa bed, at opposite ends of the attic. It’s a cute and cosy space, in the eaves, which can sleep two or a snug four. The sofa bed can be left for relaxed seating, or made up into an additional double bed. It’s the most beautiful space and ideal place to come and relax, neatly positioned between Bristol and Bath. An ideal getaway, whatever the weather. We’re on hand to make your stay welcome, or likewise, you can equally tuck yourself away and not be disturbed. Guests have complete access to the barn, with a private area outside and parking space. Guests will be warmly welcomed on arrival, happy to answer any questions during the stay- but guests are self contained throughout their stay in the barn. Great location for travelling to reach of Bristol and Bath alike. The neighbourhood is also surrounded by green space, while nearby has local amenities. There’s a village shop, Tesco metro, takeaways and pub all within walking distance. Located within close proximity to a bus route that leads into central Bristol in 20 minutes you want to enjoy the city sights. In the other direction a short drive to Bath, Cheddar or the Chew Valley lakes including some lovely walks and scenery. The barn also offers easy access to Bristol airport, just 20 minutes away and a great 'pit stop' to break up a longer journey to Devon/Cornwall. Please note, the bedrooms in the barn are open plan, in the mezzanine floor/eaves of the 'attic'. It's a lovely space and very cosy. However, in the event of high winds/rain, it can be noisy, as you're sleeping in the eaves. It's still a beautiful and cosy space, but worth noting, if you are a light sleeper. We also have a no smoking policy.
