The flat was renovated and put into use in October 2018. It is in the direct company of the Lublin University of Technology and the stadium "Arena". Due to its location in the area there are numerous bars and restaurants, and the area is full of student life. Spacious studio with a comfortable double bed and a sofa bed (also for 2 people). An elegant apartment suitable for both a thirsty trip and a romantic weekend. To the very center of Lublin is 15 minutes on foot. The flat is on the third floor in a three-storey block. For our guests, if necessary, we provide free closed parking spaces. Our guests have all the necessary utensils and kitchen utensils to prepare food. A TV is suspended in the living room on the wall. If necessary, we also provide Wi-fi. I live in Lublin from birth not far from the building. If necessary, I am able to appear very quickly on the spot. The area around the Lublin University of Technology is a typically student neighborhood. The area has a lot of bars, restaurants and a student club. Despite the busy area, the block is located in a quiet place, because it is located in a side street. The center of Lublin is about 15 minutes on foot. There are also numerous buses departing every 5 minutes. Travel time by bus is 5min. There is also a Veturillo bicycle station at the Polytechnic.
