The kitchen area has a microwave and toaster but no cooker or hob. There are stairs up to the house from the road, and up to the entrance of the accommodation from the garden. As with other old and narrow roads in Devon, there are some space restrictions for cars, and parking is advised a short distance from the house where the road is wider and more wing-mirror friendly.
