Especially ideal for business travellers visiting Townsville for work/study. It is completely private and separate from upstairs and has its own driveway, private entrance and undercover patio area with an outdoor setting surrounded by tropical gardens. There is also 1 car space available in the unit's separate driveway. It is a great place for make a home base and accommodates upto 2 people (1 queen bed and 1 sofa double bed). The large air conditioned bedroom contains a queen bed with a comfy plush mattress, bedside tables, large built in wardrobe with lots of hanging space and shelving, and ceiling fan. The fully air-conditioned Lounge room is open plan into the dining and kitchen. The kitchen has all cooking facilities including stove/oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, pots and pans, etc. The lounge area has a 3 seater sofa that folds out to a double bed. There is a coffee table, Smart TV, and office desk with ethernet port access. The unit is self check-in. Instructions for accessing the unit are detailed in the house manual page once you book. You are also welcome to use the shared laundry. There is a 10kg washing machine. Clothes can be hung on your own portable clothes airer located at the units patio area or on the big line outside in the backyard. The unit is self-check in and guests will be given their complete privacy. This is ideal for people wanting to look after themselves, but we will assist you if you have any problems or queries. We can easily be contacted by phone or message, or can pop downstairs if required. Mount Louisa is a centrally located residential suburb of Townsville. Within a short walk or a 2 minute drive is several local shops including a Supa IGA, bottleshop, takeaway shop, deli, bakery, butcher, doctor and chemist. Domain shopping precinct is also only within a 3 minute drive. All of Townsville's major attractions are only a 10 minute drive away including the City, Strand, Castle Hill, Airport, Cowboys Football Stadium, University, Hospital and all 3 major shopping centres - Stocklands, Castletown and Willows. Magnetic Island is a short ferry ride from the terminal located at the end of the Strand. Please include the total number of people staying when filling out the payment forms. Also let us know if you require 1 or 2 beds (so that the sofa bed can be folded out and made up with bed linen on your arrival). Please observe the quiet time between 9pm and 7am, to be mindful of surrounding neighbours as this is a quiet residential area. Inside the unit is strictly NON-SMOKING, you may smoke outside in the patio area.
