House right in the lake

Unique house by its proximity to the lake, cosy and well equipped, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, garden, with private and direct access to the lake in a very charming property. Ideal for 2 couples. 40 minutes to the station by bus, add 7 minutes to reach by train the station from the airport. WIFI, basic products, linens and towels, hairdryer, iron and ironing table furnished. Ground floor: living-room with direct access to garden/lake. On 1st floor there's 1 bedroom with loggia lake side and a bathroom, a very well equipped kitchen (with dishwasher), a dining room, separate toilets; on 2nd floor there are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with toilets. You have access to the entire house, the garden and the lake. Am always reachable should you need anything. From airport you take a train to reach Cornavin station (central station) in 7 minutes. From Cornavin you take bus 25 direction "Thônex-Vallard". Get off at "Rive" (8 min) and from there you take bus E direction "Hermance Village" and you get off at "Sous Chevrens" (24 min), a 3 min walk is needed to reach home. On site you will find a Geneva Transport Card per person as of 6 years old, which permits you to travel for free in all Geneva with public transportation during your whole stay. Non-smoking place, no noise after 10pm. And please do not wear shoes on 1st floor/2nd floor.
