In a quite and safe little community of houses. Door bell with safety camera built in Very private house with lovely view of the gorgeous garden. Open plan spacious living area. Plantation shutters throughout. Rooms are spacious and lots of natural light. Queen bed in the main and double bed in the other two bedrooms. Guests have the place to themselves but the host is only a 5 minute drive away should you have any queries. I am a five minute drive away and available on the phone. Beautiful safe and quality area that is close to the beach and the city centre. The bus stop going into the city and coming back from the city is an easy 2 minute walk away. 15-20 minute walk to the beach and very close to linear park which is a beautiful bike and walking trail all along the river. No under cover parking available - there is a car park in front of the roller door but the carport is not accessible. Rooms that are not booked will be locked for covid safety reasons.
