This is a quiet residential area, but you can find many amenities nearby like convenience store(24 hours open), coffee shops, restaurants laundry shop and etc. The whole first floor is parking space so that you can use it for free during your stay. And AREX and subway line 6 is only 3~4 mins walking distance. Subway system in Seoul can help you reach everywhere in Seoul and even suburbs. Bus stop is much closer but I don't think tourists prefer bus that much.
