Nice little apartment (21 sqm studio, built 2015) near Don Muang Airport and Future Park Mall (Rangsit). Quiet, convenient and modern complex with swimming pool, fitness, playground and restaurants nearby. The apartment is located in a village (Lumpini Township) with 24/7 security. the studio has a little balcony. It has everything you need for a short or long stay, e.g. A/C, warm water, fridge, TV etc. 8 story complex (built in 2015) with nice little apartments. The room is a fully-furnished studio with air condition, kitchen area (kitchenette), bed (queen size), bed sofa, makeup table, TV, cabinet and wardrobe. The kitchenette is equipped with microwave, water kettle, cooking plate, fridge, and sink. 2 liter drinking water is free. The toilet has hot water heating. The apartment has a small balcony (for smoking). Public washing machine and water dispenser are available (extra fee). Public pool and gym are also on the complex (extra fee 30 Baht) Check-in time is 2 pm (early check-in on request). You will get a keycard to access the building. Many restaurants and shops nearby. Taxi available at the main road. The future park (huge shopping mall), cinema, bowling, Rangsit market are very close (less than 10 min. with the taxi). Don Muang int'l airport is also close (15 min.). Bangkok downtown is 30 to 60 min. away via van or taxi.
