Our guest suite is a separate part of our own home with private access and secure parking. Continental breakfast provided daily. Great, quiet location, close to beaches, Mall, shops, cafes, hospital, theatres and buses. We have two King Single beds OR one Super King bed (your choice) Comfortable for 2 guests, alt. options by arrangement. We are always happy to help if required. Large sunny lounge/dining with TV&DVD, wifi, work space. Fridge, microwave, toaster, tea/coffee making facilities. PLEASE NOTE: NO KITCHEN SINK.....but substantial breakfast supplies are provided. WE DO YOUR DISHES :) Games, DVDs, books, dart board available for use. Lounge opens to private garden. Separate bedroom and bathroom with shower. Couch in lounge comfortably sleeps one adult. Alternatively, compact den/man-cave can accommodate small adult on fold-out bed if requiring more private space. Own access by way of 10 garden steps, with sensor lights at night. Central heating and electric blankets in winter. HRV Ventilation. Cooling fans available. You are welcome to sit and enjoy our outdoor seating areas in the garden. Laundry can be accessed if required. The property is secured by electronic gates - we will give you the access code so you can come and go as you please. We are happy to meet and greet you on arrival, and offer any help with your travel or personal needs. While we give you privacy, we are always available if needed We are based midway between lovely Castor Bay and beautiful Milford Beach and Marina. Milford shopping area is a busy hub with upmarket shops/cafes and restaurants. We are central to all East Coast Beaches and only 15 mins drive to CBD (traffic permitting). Historic Devonport is 20 minutes away, where you can catch a ferry to the islands in the Gulf or to downtown Auckland. Coastal and bush walks, Lake Pupuke, Centennial Park and Golf courses all nearby. Bruce Mason Theatre hosts International and local artists, and local theatre The Pumphouse - 5 minutes drive North Shore Hospital, Milford - 3 minutes. AUT Millenium Aquatic Centre, Mairangi Bay - 10 minutes QBE North Harbour Stadium, Albany - 15 minutes Bus stop at gate - take the bus to either to CBD or to Transit station at Akoranga Station Driving times vary depending on time of day. Parking readily available at most venues, malls etc. Great walks, either bush, beach, lake or along the coast - all free! The coastal walk from Milford Beach to Takapuna Beach is very popular. We are happy to help with any of your travel requirements. Substantial Continental breakfast supplies will be provided for you to enjoy at your leisure and in your own space. Our two small dogs will always "greet" you when you arrive/return. They are friendly and love people. One night stays considered on enquiry.
