It is perfect for a couple or a small group of friends. This property is situated in a quiet residential area. A local supermarket and bakery are within walking distance. There is a charming town square with coffee shop/ice cream parlour and restaurant. Kayak centre and adventure fun park are a short stroll away, by the river Soča. The area is very popular with cyclists and walkers. There is also a launch site for paragliders from the surrounding mountains. The wine regions of Goriška Brda and Vipava Valley with vineyards and wineries are easily accessible. Nova Gorica town centre is 10 min walk away. There you will find all the amenities such as restaurants, bars, shopping, theatre, casinos ... Transfer time from Trieste airport is 20 minutes. There is public transport including trains and buses. There is also local bike hire shop. However car hire is recommended to explore the area and get the most out of your stay. Day trip suggestions; Venice 90 min by car, Lake Bled 2 hours by train, Slovenian Coast 45 min by car or Italian coast 30min. Postojna Caves, Lipica Stud farm and capital Ljubljana are all within an hour. Triglav National Park 90 min. There is limited parking outside of the property. Free parking is also available about 100m away from the property. IMPORTANT NOTICE BEDLINEN, TOWELS, CROCKERY, CUTLERY AND ALL KITCHEN EQUIPMENT IS FOR USE IN THE APARTMENT ONLY. IT IS NOT TO BE TAKEN AND USED ELSEWHERE OUTSIDE THE PROPERTY. WE ASK ALL GUESTS THAT PRIOR TO VACATING THE APARTMENT ALL THE RUBBISH IS REMOVED FROM IT. THERE ARE WASTE DISPOSAL CONTAINERS VERY CLOSE TO THE PROPERTY. PLEASE REMOVE ALL FOOD AND DRINK ON YOUR DEPARTURE. THE APARTMENT SHOULD BE LEFT CLEAN WITH ALL DIRTY LAUNDRY IN ONE PLACE.
