SECURITY DEPOSIT, CLEANING CHARGE AND VISITOR TAX:- A Security Deposit of €500 is payable in cash on arrival to my property manager who looks after the house and the guests. Assuming everything is in order, the security deposit is refunded in cash on departure. Visitor Tax (Kurtax) of €1.05 per head per night (for those over 15 years of age) together with a Cleaning Charge of €220 (includes bed linen, towels etc.) are payable on booking.
