Nestled in the Gold Coast Hinterland this modern hideaway villa is located in a quiet estate at the base of beautiful Tamborine Mountain. The Timberview Hideaway is perfect for your next getaway, families or groups getting ready for events/ weddings on Tamborine Mountain or for a much needed holiday. With only 15 minutes from the scenic Tamborine Mountain which is known for its Wineries, Bushwalks, amazing views and from the well known Gold Coast Themeparks (Movieworld, Dreamworld, Wet n Wild. There are no parties or events at our villa. The villa is located in a quiet estate. Guests have their own private entrance and parking to the villa. The Timberview Hideaway is nestled about 20 metres behind the family home with plentiful access, with an open plan layout and large back deck to relax. There is air-conditioning to the main living area and fans in all bedrooms. Full function kitchen, laundry and bathroom. Free wifi and netflix. Linen is provided per guest on booking. Earlier checkin (subject to availability) can be arranged for additional fee. I do live onsite and am always happy to answer any questions you may have. Send me a text and I will respond as soon as I see it. Wake up in the morning to the sounds of laughing Kookaburras, and the abundance of birds and wildlife. Come enjoy nature, waterfalls, bush walks and the beautiful sunset viewing locations on Tamborine Mountain. They hold country markets every second weekend and the famous Gallery Walk is open to see, enjoy and shop. There are a number of beautiful wineries and the world famous Liqueur Distillery to visit. Hiring a car would be a great way to see all the sights the Gold Coast and Gold Coast Hinterland has to offer. There is a mini bus service on Tamborine Mountain that can be booked for guests going to events/weddings (charges would apply). Eagle Heights Mountain Resort (10 Minutes from villa) is known for its amazing views of the Gold Coast, great food and live entertainment on Sunday afternoons. They also have their own courtesy bus. Please respect the quiet neighbourhood that we live in. No parties, events or gatherings at any time. Noise curfew by 10pm No guests permitted on property that aren’t on the booking to stay. No food or drink in bedrooms or living room please. Please be mindful that all liquids including water can stain or leave a mark on the lounge. This can result in additional professional cleaning fee.
