We are located in Malvern East, an upmarket suburb of Melbourne. We offer a spacious bedroom with a QS bed and built-in wardrobes, opening out to the balcony. Adjoining lounge with a kitchenette with all facilities. The area is located within our home. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs, though 1 private bedroom is offered with upstairs facilities for Airbnb. The adjoining lounge has TV and internet access, Wi-Fi, and a kitchenette with fridge, microwave, kettle,toaster and crockery. The bathroom is spacious and modern. The living & kitchenette area is for the exclusive use of guests. We are 5-7 mins. from Tram and Train station and 8-10 minutes from Melbourne City centre via Citylink motorway. Also 10 minutes from Carnegie offering a fantastic restaurant strip offering 20 international cuisines to enjoy. For an added experience,we are also 15 minutes from Oakleigh - the Greek Quarters with outdoor restaurants, fabulous cake shops and lively Tavernas along its walkways and squares. Chadstone Shopping Centre, "The fashion Capital of Melbourne" with over 400 stores and luxury brands is only 10 minutes away by bus. There is off street parking if guests have a car, however we are close to all forms of public transport, as mentioned above. We do have our cat Oscar and small dog Lucy who shares our home and are very friendly. They generally stay outside and will not interfere with guests. As well as the facilities in the space, guests can share our BBQ area and courtyard and laundry facilities if staying longer.
