Ocean view apartment

Due to the current pandemic I can only host guests who are fully vaccinated. I live in a quiet suburb north of Brisbane. I have views over Moreton Bay, and on clear days you can see Moreton Island and Bribie island. We generally have beautiful sea breezes in the afternoons leaving the mornings nice and calm. There is a general store within 5 minutes walk and only two kilometres to major shops, cafes and restaurants. My apartment has three bedrooms. One is mine that has en-suite so the bathroom and toilet is solely for the use of guests. The third bedroom has a desk that guests can use and a wireless printer. Guests can use the kitchen, dining room and lounge. The guest bedroom has a luggage rack, a built in wardrobe and a ceiling fan. The bedroom also has a private balcony however guests can also use the main balcony. I am flexible with interacting with my guests. Happy to take my guests lead. I am within 50 m of Queens Beach and only about 2 kilometres to Scarborough Beach. There is plenty of street parking and public transport across the road and one block away. Very easy to use. I can help with navigation and timetables. Checkin time on weeknights is 6pm due to my work. Weekends checkin time can be anytime after 2pm
