Shared bathroom with other guests. (3 rooms available in total, listed separately). One has a queen size bed, the 2nd has 2 x single beds and the 3rd room has 1 x queen size bed. This listing is just for 1 room with 2 x single beds. Guests can use the kitchen, lounge, go for walks in the garden, walk on the property or experience the farm. We can offer suggestions of places to visit in the Adelaide Hills and South Australia or leave you to relax, up to you. 2 min drive to Meadows township where there is limited food available - pub, general store, takeaway, bakery, butcher, cafe. With a short drive to Hahndorf or McLaren Vale you will be spoilt for dinner choices. Meadows also has a pharmacy, doctor and vet. Public park in Meadows and bush walks or bike rides can be had in nearby Kuitpo Forest. Ideally located between South Eastern Freeway and McLaren Vale wine district. 15 mins drive to Historic Hahndorf & freeway to Adelaide. 15 mins drive to McLaren Vale. Hahndorf & McLaren Vale have a wide selection of restaurants, parks, wineries, cheese shops and other shops. Good location for a base to explore the Adelaide Hills, Fleurieu Peninsula and the Tour Down Under. 2km from the Kidman Trail (horseriding, cycling and walking trail). 2km from the Heysen Trail (walking trail). On the Battunga Trail (walking and cycling). Kangaroos and birds are regularly seen on our property. Information can be provided about where to look for Koalas. Free parking. This property is well suited to people with their own transport. The property is horse friendly with a yard and shelter available. Dogs are welcome outside the house. The washing machine fee is $5 with washing powder provided. House is only on rainwater, so please don't leave taps running. No use of billiard table after 10pm or under 15 years of age.
