Belmont Yurt - wonderful country and creek views.

Belmont Yurt is close to Devoran Creek on a small working farm. We raise cattle, saddleback pigs, and host horses in the surrounding fields. You’ll love it for the seclusion, peaceful environment, and great shower! Our Yurt is good for couples and families with kids. This is a traditional Mongolian Yurt furnished with a warm double bed and children's beds as required. There is also an indoor dining table and chairs just in case any inclement weather should prevent use of the outdoor eating area! Immediately adjacent to the Yurt is your own private power shower and loo. I should also mention that this year we have installed a composting loo which so far appears to be working wonders. The kitchen area is stocked with tea, coffee and a few other essentials that you are free to use. Surrounding the Yurt is a lawn area where giant bean bags provide very comfortable seating to lounge on whilst the sun goes down. Guests have sole use of the Yurt, shower and kitchen areas. The farm is a working farm and as such there are always people on hand to call upon should it be required. Devoran is a wonderful Cornish village. Long summer days can be spent "messing about on the river" (or more accurately the Creek!), walking, or resting in the local pub. Devoran's location is ideal for access to numerous beaches, coastal walks, and bike trails. A car is the best way to travel around, but regular local bus services stop in the village on their way to Falmouth or Truro, or alternatively Perranwell train station is an easy 20 minute walk away. From there you can access Falmouth and Truro stations, where there are connections to the National Rail Network.
