Surrounded by olive groves, the villa's large garden features a wonderful private pool and sun terrace, and a playground for the little ones. Comprising the main villa and an adjoining cottage, the property offers highly flexible accommodation. The cottage, a lovely little hideaway perfect for couples, has a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a kitchen and its own pergola. Laid out across two floors, the villa's eight bedrooms are individually styled while Tuscan in design - original features include terracotta flooring and restored frescoes. Despite accommodating so many guests, privacy is not compromised - five bedrooms in the main house have en-suite bathrooms, and there are three spacious living areas, furnished with comfy sofas, and a piano. On the ground floor, two well-equipped kitchens and a dining room, framed by stone arches and with a huge table, can cater for large communal meals. Outside, the terrace is furnished with an umbrella-shaded table and barbecue, with great views of the surrounding countryside. Our Thoughts The mix of shared and private space offered by this property really sets it apart. It caters both for large parties, who can mingle in the main villa, but also for couples - and the one that wins gets to retreat to the privacy of their own cottage. The surroundings are so comfortable, it might be hard to leave to explore the surrounding area, but we're sure that you'll at least succumb to the lure of the pool, set in the beautiful gardens, and offering wonderful vistas. Two bathrooms have access for persons with limited mobility.
