In the renowned area of Campulongu, near the prestigious Tanka Golf Club, our villa is located in the front row facing the pinewood a few steps from the beach. The sound of the sea through the pine trees makes our home perfect for a restful and peaceful holiday. Close to all the services of Villasimius. The villa, surrounded on all sides by a courtyard of about 400sqm, has a veranda accessible from the sleeping area on the north side and a furnished veranda on the south side, complete with a laundry area with washing machine, sink, and barbecue. Next to the outdoor shower, the pedestrian access communicates directly with the path that crosses the pinewood to the beach of Campulongu. Internally the spaces are arranged as follows: • air-conditioned living room and TV, dining table with 4 seats • equipped kitchen • air-conditioned master bedroom with en-suite bathroom [shower - sink - WC and bidet] and patio door • bedroom with bunk bed and patio door • second bathroom with shower - sink - toilet and bidet • large covered veranda with outdoor table [6 seats] and laundry / barbecue area. Additional beds are available thanks to the double bed and the bunk bed in the basement [photo 31-32-33]. The basement has a window on the light well, and an independent entrance to the courtyard, so as to be accessible both from the inside and from the outside. The frames and windows equipped with mosquito nets ensure perfect ventilation. Air conditioning is present in the living room and in the master bedroom, for the other rooms there are 2 mobile fans. Guests can park up to 2 vehicles inside the courtyard. Villa Tamaris can accommodate up to 6 adults plus a child. NEIGHBORHOOD: We are close to all the most famous beaches in the area, in an elegant neighborhood, near the prestigious Tanka Golf Club. Getting around the area: from the house it is possible to easily reach the village services only by car. In any case, the car is also recommended to visit all the other beaches in the area. All the internal and external spaces are exclusively available to guests, it is possible to park two vehicles in the courtyard.
