Casa Gina is a spacious apartment with private panoramic garden with bbq. close to our farm shop and to the swimming pool Fattoria Corzano e Paterno stretches out over two hills covered with vineyards, olive trees and woodland. It is set in the very heart of Chianti near the main road from Florence to Siena. The AGRITURISMO is comprised of four country large houses, for holiday rental, positioned in pristine locations amid cypresses, olive groves and vineyards, views that have escaped the passage of time, and are reached by unpaved country roads. Their restoration has maintained, with the exception of modern kitchens and baths, the original structures of beamed ceilings, open sit-in fireplaces and large, airy rooms. Situated in this classic Tuscan landscape, near fields of our grazing sheep, the houses overlook the verdant valley that lies between the two distinctive hills of the farm. Gina is on two floors: on the ground floor, a spacious sitting room-dining room and a kitchen with fireplace; on the first floor there are three bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and bathtub. Gina has a private garden area with an ancient well. Corzano’s pool is also for the use of those staying in Gina. Casa Gina has a beautiful garden with a view and at 50 mt guests can enjoy the pool. close to the house our little shop , open in the morning where you can ask for a glass of wine and buy our cheeses. We love to share our knowledge of the area, giving suggestions or preparing maps to help our guests to live this wonderful area. We all came to live in Tuscany from different countries or Italian area for the same reason our guests come on holiday. The gorgeous landscapes, the history you can see and feel everywhere , the great food and wine. First grocery store with fresh bread is at 3km from the house, first restaurant at 6km. In 15 minutes drive you will be in San Cascano where you can find bars, restaurants, shops, banks, a big supermarket and local open market on Monday. You can use the house as a base to visit our region: Florence, Siena, San Gimignano, Pisa, Volterra, the Chianti area are all accesible by car. A car is necessary to fully enjoy a stay at our farm. We can provide you detailed driving directions and maps.
