A beautiful and modern home set against a backdrop of Mount Marlow and it's national park with a sweeping front yard, expansive back yard and views like no other A sun and light filled room with a queen size bed and private ensuite. Fresh sheets and flowers are always included. You will also have tea, coffee, cereal, toast and a variety of spreads included Along with your room you are welcome to use the use main bathroom with free standing bath tub to soak away your stress. A full kitchen with gas stove and oven. You will also have use of the plunge pool and outdoor shower to truly submerge yourself into the surrounding scenery Karen and Jamie are both partly retired and working. Someone will always be available via phone, text or email to answer any questions you may have about the property or surrounding area. Jamie knows where to find the freshest fish and the best chips, and Karen is up to date on where to eat with a view Come for the tropical weather and tranquil surrounds, stay for the views and native wildlife that like to pop by and say hello. There's a beautiful driving range a short drive up the road if you're so inclined. Airlie Port has some beautiful restaurants, outdoor activities and art galleries. There is a bus stop approximately 8 minutes walk at the end of the road that will take you between Proserpine, Airlie Beach and Shute Harbour. If you have a car, there is onsite parking available We have a dog and a cat that are both indoor/outdoor pets. Both are friendly (the dog more so than the cat)
