In the heart of Colerne Village you are walking distance from the village shops and pub. As you enter the property to your left the spacious lounge invites you to relax and unwind. Featuring TV with netflix,leather sofa and double doors onto the enclosed courtyard garden, the lounge is bright, airy and homely. There is an office complete with desk and chair for those needing to work comfortably while away. In the kitchenu will find dining seating for four guests and everything you need to dine at home as well as washing machine and dishwasher. Climb the stairs up to the first floor where the first of two bedrooms awaits, the first being a king with ample storage for your belongings, complete with hanging space and a full length mirror to prepare for the day ahead. The en-suite bathroom comprises toilet, sink and full size bath with shower over. The second bedroom hosts a double bed and further benefits from an en-suite bathroom with sunken bath. Both boast wall mounted TVs, dressing tables and dual aspect windows. Throughout the property the exposed wooden beams ooze traditional cottage character and the sumptuous interiors are perfect for cosy nights in. Outside, the enclosed courtyard garden offers comfortable seating to enjoy a cup of tea in the morning or perhaps an evening glass of wine to catch-up on the day’s events. The block paved drive offers parking for two vehicles. The entire cottage and garden are yours for the duration of your stay, sleeping from 1 to 4 people.
