We rent one or two spacious and comfortable rooms in our house with a garden and a swimming pool. This is an ideal B&B for one or two couple, a family or a group of freinds. For your comfort and quietness you will be our only guests. We live in a quiet residential area of Annecy, 10 min drive from the historical center of Annecy and 20 min drive from the Semnoz skiing resort. Reservation from Saturday to Saturday in July and August. COVID measures: negative PCR test and less than 72 hours upon arrival mandatory for all travelers. Our large house is located in a quiet residential area, ideal for resting. The Semnoz room is equipped with a double bed (160x200), a desk and a lounge with with flat screen TV. The room is large enough, 35 m2, to add one or two simple beds. The Bauges room is rented in addition to the Semnoz room for families or group of freinds. It is equipped with two single beds or a double bed and a lounge. A bathroom with toilet is located next to the bedrooms and is reserved for your own use. You also have access to the swimming pool. Thanks to the pool cover, you will be able to use the swimming pool comfortably from end May till early September: water temperature between 25 to 30 °C. The terrace next to the pool is equipped with deck chairs. We are also at your disposal to help you organising your days: visits, outdoor activities, cultural events, restaurants,.... You will be hosted like freinds. We very much appreciate to exchange on our respetive countries and culture. That is one of the reason to propose the Table d'Hôtes to spend a nice vevening together. Price is 20 euros for adult, 13 euros for 6-13 yr old kid and 8 euros for 3-6 year old kid. Drinks are included in the price. We live in a very quiet residential area of Annecy. Services are available in the neighborhood: bakery, pharmacy, hair dresser, medical center, pub. Shopping mall at 2 km. The Annecy historical center and the lake is 6km away from our home. The Bauges natural park is very close to our quarter as well as the Semnoz for hiking and skiing. Annecy Railway station at 6 km Annecy airport at 9 km Direct bus line fro our home to Annecy down town Geneva airport at 50 km. We can pick you up at the airport if you wish. We have a private car park for your car. you can safely park your car next to our garage an use our garage for your bikes or any other equipment. Dinner can be proposed on the evening of your arrival and occasionally during your stay. Contact us for prices.
