When booking at Melton farm stay, you have the whole house yourself. This huge 2-storey modern house is sitting at the back of a 17-hectare (43 acres) private land. There is a over 100 year old heritage stone cottage ruin on site, made it as a perfect place for photographers. The main building comprises 6 over sized bedrooms, all fitted with queen beds, fitted in cannot, could comfortably sleep 12 guests. 3 bathrooms, two with spa tubs. Turn off any lights not in use is very much helped, especially during the bright day time. Portable heater is not allowed to make sure enough power for the light and hot water. We have heater in each bedroom, the lounge is heated by wood fire. If too many people have shows or use the tubs, please give enough time for the hot water tank to heat up. Please keep the farm gate closed all the time. Please make sure the gate is locked during the night. About party: We tentatively consider about parties holding, with special rules and extra fees needed. The rules include but not limited to: 1.
