A charming, apartment in the area, called ''grove'', about 700 m from the city center and 1,200 m from the castle, the lake side and the islet!   The house is equipped with everything that visitors need to be ... like home.   In the kitchen there is a coffee maker, Greek coffee, nescafe and espesso coffee.Also, kitchenware, olive oil and spices.   As far as the furniture and the accessories of the house are most either made entirely or rebuilt by me. Second floor apartment building, 80 sq.m. with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and an open plan kitchen, dining and living room. Υou gonna be all alone, you and your companionship to get rest of the daily excurtion to the wider area of Ioannina! Upon your arrival, I will welcome you by making you a small guided tour in the home.   During your stay, I am available for anything you need by communicating on mobile or email, every hour of the day or night! Also, you have to know that there is a key storage box at the entrance of the apartment building. Also, you have to know that in the winter time, if you use oil burner for heating there will be an extra charge 3,40 euro per hour of use. Ofcourse, the use of the air conditioner is free. The house is really in the city center, but the neighborhood is incredibly quiet! The house is located 100 meters from a city bus stop. As for parking, we find relatively easy on the road. The house is located next to a super market, bakery, pharmacy and a breath away from the city's nightlife!
