Holiday home in an exceptional location benefiting from panoramic sea views. Semi-detached house built on top of a garage. Right next to the coastal paths and beautiful sandy beaches. Baby cot and high chair available. Pets are allowed on request but only if they get along well with other pets, as the neighbors may also have pets with them. The house is located in the hamlet of Raguénez in Crozon on the cliff opposite the Ile de l'Aber. At low tide you can easily walk to the island and visit the only neighbor there, the Fort of Aber, of which only ruins are left today. Geologically speaking, this is a remarkable place. The very large sandy beach of Aber offers unhindered bathing fun on the one hand and ideal conditions for surfers and kitesurfing on the other. At low tide you can also operate beach sails there. On the opposite side are the beaches 'Plage de la Source' and 'Plage de Poul', which extend to the headland of Guern.
