A single storey extremely spacious private annex on the outskirts of the Fylde coast just off the M55, a 10 minute drive from  Blackpool and Lytham St Annes and less than an hour away from the Lake District. An ideal base to explore the North West from. With its semi rural setting and its own large, secure private garden and off street parking its home from home. The annex is completely private with its own private entrance leading out into its own private secure garden along with off street parking. Guests are often surprised with how big the annex is. A large double bedroom with tv, luxury shower room ( please note there is no bath) large open plan living/ dinning room with a sofa bed, 55" tv and modern kitchen. Furry members of the family are welcome to stay at no extra charge but please make us aware of there arrival so we can leave doggie bowls and treats (max 2 dogs unless pre agreed) The whole annex is yours! I will be available to greet you and show you around, any issues I am on the other end of the phone...or just knock next door! 15 minutes away from the hussel and bussel of Blackpool, Lytham, Cleveleys and Fleetwood but set in the countryside you you feel a million miles away Public transport is every hour so a car is advisable. The nearest train station is 5 minutes away in a taxi All essentials are included, bedding, towels, toilet rolls, t-towels hand soap etc and we also include a welcome breakfast pack including tea coffee sugar milk jams bread cereals and of course a good biscuit for dunking! We like to make your self catering packing as easy as possible! please note although wifi is available, due to our location internet connection can be slow.
