The villa features many covered terraces and outdoor spaces, such as the pleasant paved patio, partially shaded, with table, chairs and masonry barbecue, or the partially covered terrace on the first floor, equipped with table and armchairs, for relaxing moments alfresco. Within the lovely garden, dotted by olive trees, you will find the in-ground 10x5 mt private pool, with lighting (1.2 mt high) equipped with sun loungers, sun umbrellas, outdoor shower; younger children will enjoy the playground area with slide, swing and sand pit, other than the table tennis.
