Handy GC holiday location, close to broad water!

Perfect for the Gold Coast holidayer. My home is close to everything and with the light rail just around the corner & the bus stop at the front door you can travel with ease from the City Centre of Southport through to Surfers Paradise and on to Broad Beach. My home is very private, bright, relaxed and cozy. It is not a 5 star hotel but I keep my castle very neat and tidy and love sharing my space with friendly people. There are details regarding the key safe once you have confirmed your booking and you will have the house to yourself and access to all 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sunroom, kitchen, living area and yard. The garage is currently used for storage so won’t be available unless arranged prior, but there is plenty of free parking on the street and in the long driveway. I will give you any information you need to get around and am usually contactable by phone most of the day for any questions you may have. Right near the City Centre of Southport. If you follow my street to the end it take you straight to the Broad Water and surrounding Southport Parklands. It is a beautiful area and easy to jump on a tram to take you to Surfer Paradise Beaches and Broad Beach. There is easy to use public transport to the door.
