3 Bed Family Home with Parking nr Bishopthorpe Rd

Gladioli is a self catering home away from home. Nestled in one of York's most popular neighbourhoods, this three bedroomed house is ideal for families or friends. Our house is decorated in crisp white and grey tones and is made functional with families in mind, accommodating up to four guests and one infant. A stone's throw from trendy Bishopthorpe Road and a 2 minute walk to Rowntree Park. York Racecourse is within easy access, as is the city centre which is only a 10 minute walk. We support responsible travel within the current restrictions and therefore my property is available for booking where the purpose of your stay falls within the current guidelines set out by the local Government. The flat is professionally cleaned and sanitised after each stay and the linen/ towels are replaced with freshly laundered supplies. The property is also set up to offer remote access with easy self check in. Downstairs: A modern, spacious kitchen diner, which includes appliances such as oven, gas hob, fridge & freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. This is a lovely sociable space with table and chairs for 4 guests, plus space for a high chair. You'll find a complimentary miniature welcome pack of tea/coffee and carton of orange juice and upon arrival! In the living room there are two double sofas, a TV, playstation 3 with a selection of games, DVDs and books to keep you entertained! There are also some children toys for the little ones. Boasting essential fibre broadband which has a download speed of 36mb and upload speed of 10mb. The living room gives access to a private patio which is a nice little sun trap during summer months. It also has a locked outhouse which could accommodate up to 4 bikes. Feel free to use our outdoor furniture too. Upstairs: There are three bedrooms and the house bathroom upstairs; one large double bedroom with built in wardrobes; one single bedroom with a dressing table and a built in wardrobe (just outside the door on landing) and one single bedroom with an open hanging space. Bed linen and two towels per guest are provided - a hand towel and a bath towel. In the bathroom there is a white three piece suite, with shower over the bathtub, sink and toilet. Parking: There is free on street parking available outside the house. Parking is on a first come first served basis. If this is full, there is a small car park for permit holders only at the end of the street. Please read further details in 'Other things to note'. You are very welcome to borrow the family friendly facilities provided; a high chair, a travel cot and baby stair gates. In return, I politely ask that they are all cleaned down after use and stored back in the cupboards/wardrobes where you found them. If you would like to make use of the travel cot, please don't forget to bring your own cot bedding and towels as these are not included. Guess have access to the whole house. Other things to note FAMILY FACILITIES A selection of children's toys are included in the property for the little ones to enjoy. All we ask is that you take care when using them and children must be supervised. We accept no liability for any outcome resulting from misuse. If borrowing the high chair, baby gates or travel cot, please make sure you wipe down and return these to the cupboards you found them in. Please bring your own cot bedding! PARKING There is free on street parking available outside the house. If this is full, there is a small car park for permit holders only at the end of Fenwick Street. (Keep driving till you reach the car park right at the end.) The parking permit must be displayed on your dashboard when parked in the car park. You will see yellow warning signs on the walls as a reminder! If you use it, please ensure the permit is returned to the kitchen worktop. Upon loss/damage of the permit or failure to return it, I will have to charge £20 for the replacement.
