The apartment has an airy lounge / kitchen with ample work surfaces, ideal for those who enjoy cooking. Large marble sink and Genoese style kitchen with 5 burner stove and convection oven 1.20 m. There is an outdoor seating area equipped with table, chairs and arms chairs. Two bedrooms: one with double bed and single bed overlooking the outdoor area and one with a double sofa bed. A bathroom with shower and bidet. The apartment has been refitted in 2011 using colors and materials of the territory, in harmony with the surrounding nature. The green, the silence and peace reign supreme; apartment ideal for a relaxing break. The large garden filled with more than 100 varieties of roses, fruit trees and veggie garden is accessible and usable by guests. We also carry small gardening courses. There is a SWIMMING POOL (10mt x 1,5 mt deep, salted water). We also provide 2 bicycles for excursions in the countryside to discover even the surrounding area. Our guests can enjoy the garden and the swimming pool as much as they like! The apartment is only for them! 100% privacy guaranteed. The house is located in a fraction-San Maurizio Conzano consists of only 500 inhabitants, a food shop and a church on the hills of Monferrato. The area is characterized by vineyards, hazelnut and characteristic villages in tuff (sandstone). Area famous for its wines (Barbera, Grignolino, Malvasia and Ruchè) and for its gastronomy and history. It 'nice visit in all seasons of the year, although the fall and spring express the best the area. The house is 8 km from Casale Monferrato (35,000 inhabitants) city center with plenty of history and shops-services and rail station. Here is the highway leading in only an hour or so to the sea in Liguria and in the mountains in the Valle D'Aosta. It is also 100km from Turin as well as from Milan. 30km from Asti and 50km from the Langhe. is therefore an excellent starting point for visiting the north west of Italy! Our area is very well linked with the DB AUTOZUG train/car service which connect Alessandria ( just 15km driving from our house) with north Europe. Our great family restaurant OSTERIA IL MELOGRANO is located in a nearby village: Terruggia. Just 5 km driving from our house. Locally grown and seasonal food served.
