Convenient newly renovated Queenslander with large garden, close to The Gabba, City & Public transport. Great for families, groups & longer stays this newly renovated traditional Queenslander on a quiet leafy street has 4 bedrooms, a large living/dining area & Garden. All furniture is new & high quality with Sheridan bedding & towels provided. Master Bedroom/ parents retreat has a Queen bed & sofa that can be transformed into a single bed also has a tv & air conditioning Bedroom 2 - Queen bed, air conditioning Bedroom 3 - 2 Single beds & ceiling fan Bedroom 4 - Single Bed & ceiling fan Large living area with Air con or security screen doors & windows if you prefer a natural air flow There is a full laundry for guests use with Washing Machine, Dryer There is a variety of cafe's & restaurants nearby as well as a gym (Anytime Fitness) & a Chemist & good size IGA Supermarket at the end of the street. The Mowbray ferry terminal is approximately 5 minutes walk & the Clem 7 tunnel which takes you straight to the airport is a 2 minute drive away. There is no need for a car but if you have one we have off street parking for one & free parking on the street (on the house side of the street only) Please note as we are in the Gabba parking precinct you will get fined by the council for parking on the other side of the road Other things to note: You have the whole home to yourselves, we live closely so can be on hand if needed but respect your privacy whilst you stay. We do allow some pets on request however these are not to be on the furniture or beds. If you require a cot or a highchair please inform us when you book
