Brand new 2 bedroomed, fully furnished unit with beautiful sea views and 800 m walk to the beach (10 mins) in the lovely suburb of Mindarie Keys. The beach has recently had a 300 metre by 85 metre safe swimming enclosure built and is patrolled by the Quinns Mindarie Surf Life Saving Club. The unit is furnished to a high standard with one double room, and a twin room with bunk beds. We live in a very peaceful and quiet neighbourhood with lovely neighbours all around. Please respect our neighbours with minimum noise . Please note that discounts for weekly and monthly bookings are none applicable from December to February
