There is a possibility to book an extra bed, which can be put up in the room. A cozy lounge with breathtaking views of the mountains, on our pond and the garden invites you to linger. There is a large bathroom with shower, bathtub, 2 washbasins and toilet and a cozy Bavarian kitchen and a relaxing covered terrace and gardens between. Parking on site is possible. In the house you will find my PRAXIS for OSTEOPATHY and also our GALLERY LIGHTPATH with breathtaking fotos. Dirctly from our house you will find our LOIPE to go CROSS-COUNTRY-SKIING. You can find attractive restaurants and beer gardens and many opportunities for relaxing walks in front of the house. But you can also ride on the Isar bike path via Bad Tolz to Munich. Our Lake Starnberg (30 minutes) is ideal for swimming, sailing and rowing. Munich, the city with a heart for shopping, culture and the world-famous Oktoberfest can be reached in just 40 minutes. The beautiful German Alps are perfect for hiking, climbing and skiing. King Ludwig’s castles of Linderhof, Neuschwanstein and Herrenchiemsee are about 40-60 minutes away from us. Children are welcome in our house! There are many activities like swimming in the Alpa Mare in Bad Tolz, the fairy forest in Wolfratshausen, horseback riding in Icking or visiting the popular Deutsches Museum in Munich. We have excellent motorway and train connections to Munich (about 35-40 minutes). We look forward to seeing you, your friends and family! Room description Our very quiet double room 'green' on the 1st floor of our house is equipped with a modern queen size bed and a closet, a comfortable pull-out leather sofa and a leather armchair. At the window there is a large table and 2 chairs. The view from the window makes it into the green room schweifen.Das allows a view into the tasteful white-painted beams of the roof construction. The spacious shared bathroom is also on the 1st Floor. Like the cozy lounge. Our large community bathroom for guests is equipped with 2 sinks, 1 shower, 1 bath and 1 WC.Auch here is to look up pretty freely in the roof beam construction. On the ground floor there is another toilet. Our cozy lounge on the 1st Stock can be a view into the nature of the pond and the garden. A breathtaking view of the Alps awaits you here! The room is equipped with sofa, table, chair and armchair and a TV. Here you have wireless LAN for your laptop. You can gaze up at the white painted roof beam construction interestingly designed and rounds from the comfort of the beautiful space.
